Government Code § 2054.522","heading":"BOARD APPROVAL AND OVERSIGHT OF MAJOR OUTSOURCED CONTRACTS.","body":"(a) The department must receive approval from the board before:\n(1) entering into a major outsourced contract; or\n(2) amending any major outsourced contract, if the amendment has significant statewide impact.\n(b) The board shall establish one or more subcommittees to monitor the department's major outsourced contracts.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 48 (H.B. 2472), Sec. 13, eff.
