Government Code § 2054.574","heading":"APPLICATION PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT PROGRAM.","body":"(a) The department shall develop and implement a shared application portfolio management program for state agencies that includes best practices and tools to assist state agencies in managing applications. The department may launch the program as a pilot program with a limited number of state agencies in order to validate solutions before offering the program on a statewide basis.\n(b) The department may contract for and offer the program to other entities under Section 2054.0565.\nAdded by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 460 (H.B. 1890), Sec. 1, eff.
