Government Code § 2063.501","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this subchapter:\n(1) \"Incident response team\" means the Texas volunteer incident response team established under Section 2063.502.\n(2) \"Participating entity\" means a state agency, including an institution of higher education, or a local government that receives assistance under this subchapter during a cybersecurity incident.\n(3) \"Volunteer\" means an individual who provides rapid response assistance during a cybersecurity incident under this subchapter.\nAdded by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 567 (S.B. 475), Sec. 6, eff.
