Government Code § 2105.102","heading":"INVESTIGATION.","body":"(a) An agency shall have a procedure for investigating complaints about the programs funded by a block grant.\n(b) Before the 31st day after the date on which the complaint is received, the agency shall:\n(1) complete the investigation; or\n(2) notify the complainant when the investigation can be completed, if the investigation cannot be completed within the period provided by this subsection.\nAdded by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff.
