Government Code § 2106.008","heading":"INDIRECT COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH CERTAIN TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AGREEMENTS.","body":"The executive director of the Texas Department of Transportation may waive the application of this chapter to indirect costs of the department associated with an agreement entered into by the department with another agency of this state or a local governmental entity if the agreement relates to:\n(1) the development of a transportation project; or\n(2) a program administered by the department.\nAdded by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 517, Sec. 1, eff.
