Government Code § 2111.002","heading":"REPORTING.","body":"Each state agency shall report to the lieutenant governor and the speaker of the house of representatives any technological innovation developed by the agency that:\n(1) has potential commercial application, is proprietary, or could be protected under intellectual property laws; and\n(2) was developed:\n(A) during the preceding calendar year; or\n(B) before the preceding calendar year but was not previously reported to the lieutenant governor and the speaker of the house of representatives.\nAdded by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 16.02(a), eff.
