Government Code § 2152.103","heading":"GENERAL POWERS AND DUTIES OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR.","body":"(a) The executive director shall manage the commission's affairs under the commission's direction.\n(b) The commission's directions to the executive director shall be:\n(1) made only at an open meeting of the commission; and\n(2) included in the commission's minutes for the meeting.\n(c) The executive director may employ staff necessary to administer the commission's functions.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 41, Sec. 1, eff.
