Government Code § 2155.261","heading":"APPLICABILITY.","body":"This subchapter:\n(1) applies to a purchase or other acquisition under this chapter or Chapters 2156, 2157, and 2158 for which competitive bidding or competitive sealed proposals are required;\n(2) applies to a state agency that makes a purchase or other acquisition under this chapter or Chapters 2156, 2157, and 2158, including the comptroller and an agency that makes an acquisition under Section 2155.131; and\n(3) does not apply to a purchase or other acquisition made by the comptroller under Subchapter A, Chapter 2156.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 41, Sec. 1, eff.
