Government Code § 2155.264","heading":"AGENCY SOLICITATION OF BIDS OR PROPOSALS FOR ACQUISITION OVER $25,000.","body":"A state agency that proposes to make a purchase or other acquisition that will cost more than $25,000 shall solicit bids or proposals from each eligible vendor on the master bidders list that serves the agency's geographic region.
