Government Code § 2155.265","heading":"ACCESS TO MASTER BIDDERS LIST.","body":"(a) The comptroller shall make the master bidders list available to each state agency that makes a purchase or other acquisition to which this subchapter applies.\n(b) The comptroller shall make the list available either electronically or in another form, depending on each state agency's needs.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 41, Sec. 1, eff.
