Government Code § 2155.324","heading":"PURCHASE AUDIT.","body":"(a) When the comptroller considers a purchase audit to be advisable, the comptroller shall audit the purchase information for compliance with applicable purchasing statutes and rules.\n(b) The comptroller may determine the auditing method used under this section, including stratified or statistical sampling techniques.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 41, Sec. 1, eff.
