Government Code § 2155.442","heading":"PREFERENCE FOR ENERGY EFFICIENT PRODUCTS.","body":"The comptroller shall give preference to energy efficient products in purchases made under this subtitle if:\n(1) the products meet state specifications regarding quantity and quality; and\n(2) the cost of the product is equal to or less than the cost of other similar products that are not energy efficient.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 41, Sec. 1, eff.
