Government Code § 2155.501","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this subchapter:\n(1) \"Department\" means the Department of Information Resources.\n(2) \"Local government\" has the meaning assigned by Section 271.101, Local Government Code.\n(3) \"Multiple award contract\" means an award of a contract for an indefinite amount of one or more similar goods or services from a vendor.\n(4) \"Schedule\" means a list of multiple award contracts from which agencies may purchase goods and services.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1422, Sec. 2.01, eff.
