Government Code § 2156.204","heading":"SOLICITATION, EVALUATION, AND AWARD.","body":"(a) The comptroller or a state agency shall solicit, evaluate, and award a multiple award contract in accordance with:\n(1) Subchapter A;\n(2) Subchapter C; or\n(3) the request for offers method prescribed by comptroller rules adopted under Section 2157.006.\n(b) Each contractor must provide, or be capable of providing, the best value to the state.\nAdded by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 669 (H.B. 4748), Sec. 2, eff.
