Government Code § 2157.181","heading":"PREAPPROVED CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS.","body":"(a) The comptroller, with the concurrence of the department, may negotiate with vendors preapproved terms and conditions to be included in contracts relating to the purchase or lease of a telecommunication device, system, or service or an automated information system awarded to a vendor by a state agency.\n(b) The comptroller and the department must agree to the wording of preapproved terms and conditions negotiated with a vendor.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 41, Sec. 1, eff.
