Government Code § 2158.122","heading":"EXCEPTION TO PROHIBITION.","body":"(a) On consent of the comptroller and the governor, a person may print extra copies of matter printed under a state contract and sell the copies at a price fixed by the comptroller if in the opinion of the comptroller and the governor the printed matter should be distributed in this manner for the benefit of the public.\n(b) A contract for the printing and sale of extra copies under this section must be approved by the attorney general.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 41, Sec. 1, eff.
