Section 6295), or a federal regulation adopted under that Act; or\n(2) the federal Energy Star standards designated by the United States Environmental Protection Agency and the United States Department of Energy.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 939 (H.B. 3693), Sec. 5, eff.
