Government Code § 2161.124","heading":"STATE AGENCY PROGRESS REPORTS.","body":"(a) Each state agency, including the comptroller, shall prepare a report for each fiscal year documenting progress under its plan for increasing use of historically underutilized businesses.\n(b) The comptroller shall develop a standard form for the report.\n(c) The state agency shall file the report with the governor, lieutenant governor, and the speaker of the house of representatives not later than December 31 of each year.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 41, Sec. 1, eff.
