Government Code § 2161.183","heading":"ESTIMATE OF EXPECTED CONTRACT AWARDS.","body":"(a) Not later than the 60th day of its fiscal year, a state agency, including the comptroller:\n(1) shall estimate the total value of contract awards the agency expects to make for that fiscal year that are subject to Section 2161.181; and\n(2) shall estimate the total value of contract awards the agency expects to make for that fiscal year under Chapter 2166.\n(b) The state agency may revise an estimate as new information requires.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 41, Sec. 1, eff.
