Government Code § 2165.009","heading":"ENERGY-EFFICIENT LIGHT BULBS IN STATE BUILDINGS.","body":"A state agency or institution of higher education in charge and control of a state building shall purchase for use in each type of light fixture in the building the commercially available model of light bulb that:\n(1) uses the fewest watts for the necessary luminous flux or light output; and\n(2) is compatible with the light fixture.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 939 (H.B. 3693), Sec. 6, eff.
