Government Code § 2165.057","heading":"MANAGEMENT OF FACILITIES.","body":"(a) The commission shall develop and implement policies that clearly define the responsibilities of the commission and the commission's staff that relate to conducting facilities management services for state agency facilities under Section 2165.007.\n(b) The state energy conservation office shall provide utility management services for state agency facilities for which the commission provides facilities management services under Section 2165.007.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 309, Sec. 2.02, eff.
