Government Code § 2165.105","heading":"STATE AGENCY REQUEST FOR SPACE; COMMISSION DETERMINATIONS.","body":"(a) The head of a state agency or that person's designee shall send to the commission a written request for space the agency needs to perform its functions. A state agency may consider the need of its employees for child care services in its request for space.\n(b) After consulting the state agency regarding the amount and type of space requested, the commission shall determine:\n(1) whether a need for the space exists; and\n(2) specifications for needed space.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 41, Sec. 1, eff.
