Government Code § 2165.2046","heading":"REPORTS ON PARKING PROGRAMS.","body":"On or before December 1 of each even-numbered year, the commission shall electronically submit a report to the legislature and Legislative Budget Board describing the effectiveness of parking programs developed by the commission under this subchapter. The report must, at a minimum, include:\n(1) the yearly revenue generated by the programs;\n(2) the yearly administrative and enforcement costs of each program;\n(3) yearly usage statistics for each program; and\n(4) initiatives and suggestions by the commission to:\n(A) modify administration of the programs; and\n(B) increase revenue generated by the programs.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 910 (S.B. 1068), Sec. 2, eff.
