Government Code § 2166.054","heading":"TITLE TO AND CONTROL OF BUILDINGS; INITIAL OCCUPANTS.","body":"(a) The commission shall obtain title for the state and retain control of:\n(1) real property acquired for a building site; and\n(2) any building located on the site.\n(b) The commission or the legislature shall determine the initial state agency occupants of a building.\n(c) Repealed by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 658, Sec. 1, eff.
