Government Code § 2166.058","heading":"ASSISTANCE BY OTHER AGENCIES.","body":"(a) The commission may call on a department of state government to assist it in executing this chapter.\n(b) The commission may call on the Texas Department of Transportation to make appropriate tests and analyses of the natural materials at the site of a building proposed to be constructed under this chapter to ensure that the foundation of the building is adequate for the building's life.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 41, Sec. 1, eff.
