Government Code § 2167.102","heading":"REMEDIAL ACTION AGAINST LESSOR.","body":"(a) When a state agency occupying leased space is aware of circumstances that require remedial action against the lessor, the agency shall notify the commission.\n(b) The commission may investigate the circumstances and the lessor's performance under the contract.\n(c) The attorney general on the commission's request shall assist the commission in protecting the state's interest under a lease contract.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 41, Sec. 1, eff.
