Government Code § 2175.188","heading":"PURCHASER'S FEE.","body":"(a) For property that is sold under Section 2175.186 or 2175.187, the commission shall collect a fee from the purchaser.\n(b) The commission shall set the fee at an amount that is:\n(1) sufficient to recover costs associated with the sale; and\n(2) at least two percent but not more than 12 percent of sale proceeds.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1422, Sec. 11.03, eff.
