Government Code § 2175.361","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this subchapter:\n(1) \"Federal act\" means the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949 (40 U.S.C. Section 541 et seq.), as amended, or any other federal law providing for the disposal of federal surplus property.\n(2) \"Federal property\" means federal surplus property acquired:\n(A) by the commission or under the commission's jurisdiction under this subchapter; and\n(B) under 40 U.S.C. Section 483c, 549, or 550, or under any other federal law providing for the disposal of federal surplus property.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 41, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
