Government Code § 2175.363","heading":"ACQUISITION, WAREHOUSING, AND DISTRIBUTION OF FEDERAL PROPERTY.","body":"(a) The commission may acquire and warehouse federal property allocated to the commission under the federal act and distribute the property to an entity or institution that meets the eligibility qualifications for the property under the federal act.\n(b) The commission shall establish and maintain procedures to implement this section.\n(c) The commission is not required to comply with the provisions of this chapter that relate to the disposition of surplus state agency property in acquiring, warehousing, and distributing federal surplus property under this chapter.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 41, Sec. 1, eff.
