Government Code § 2175.370","heading":"FEDERAL SURPLUS PROPERTY SERVICE CHARGE FUND.","body":"(a) The commission shall deposit a charge collected under Section 2175.369 in the state treasury to the credit of the federal surplus property service charge fund.\n(b) Income earned on money in the federal surplus property service charge fund shall be credited to that fund.\n(c) Money in the federal surplus property service charge fund may be used only to accomplish the commission's functions under this subchapter.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 41, Sec. 1, eff.
