Government Code § 22.1095","heading":"RULES ON ELECTRONIC FILING OF DOCUMENTS FOR CAPITAL CASES IN COURT OF CRIMINAL APPEALS.","body":"(a) Notwithstanding Subchapter I, Chapter 51, or any other law, the court of criminal appeals may adopt rules and procedures providing for and governing the electronic filing of briefs, pleadings, and other documents for capital cases in that court.\n(b) In the adoption of rules and procedures under Subsection (a), the court of criminal appeals shall coordinate with the supreme court and the rules and procedures adopted by that court.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 199 (H.B. 4314), Sec. 1, eff.
