Government Code § 2205.033","heading":"TEXAS A\u0026M UNIVERSITY SYSTEM AIRCRAFT.","body":"(a) The board of regents of The Texas A\u0026M University System is primarily responsible for scheduling Texas A\u0026M University System aircraft.\n(b) The Texas A\u0026M University System shall base Texas A\u0026M University System aircraft in Brazos County.\n(c) A pilot of Texas A\u0026M University System aircraft must be an employee of The Texas A\u0026M University System.\n(d) In this section, \"Texas A\u0026M University System aircraft\" means aircraft owned on August 31, 1991, or acquired after that date by The Texas A\u0026M University System or one of its components.\nAdded by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff.
