Government Code § 2254.007","heading":"DECLARATORY OR INJUNCTIVE RELIEF.","body":"(a) This subchapter may be enforced through an action for declaratory or injunctive relief filed not later than the 10th day after the date a contract is awarded.\n(b) This section does not apply to the enforcement of a contract entered into by a state agency as that term is defined by Section 2151.002.
