Government Code § 2269.357","heading":"REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS.","body":"(a) The governmental entity shall prepare a request for qualifications that includes:\n(1) information on the civil works project site;\n(2) project scope;\n(3) project budget;\n(4) project schedule;\n(5) criteria for selection under Section 2269.359 and the weighting of the criteria; and\n(6) other information that may assist potential design-build firms in submitting proposals for the project.\n(b) The governmental entity shall also prepare a design criteria package as described by Section 2269.358.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1129 (H.B. 628), Sec. 2.08, eff.
