Government Code § 2269.358","heading":"CONTENTS OF DESIGN CRITERIA PACKAGE.","body":"A design criteria package may include, as appropriate:\n(1) budget or cost estimates;\n(2) information on the site;\n(3) performance criteria;\n(4) special material requirements;\n(5) initial design calculations;\n(6) known utilities;\n(7) capacity requirements;\n(8) quality assurance and quality control requirements;\n(9) the type, size, and location of structures; and\n(10) notice of any ordinances, rules, or goals adopted by the governmental entity relating to awarding contracts to historically underutilized businesses.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1129 (H.B. 628), Sec. 2.08, eff.
