Government Code § 2269.365","heading":"COMPLETION OF DESIGN.","body":"(a) Following selection of a design-build firm under this subchapter, the firm's engineers shall submit all design elements for review and determination of scope compliance to the governmental entity before or concurrently with construction.\n(b) An appropriately licensed design professional shall sign and seal construction documents before the documents are released for construction.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1129 (H.B. 628), Sec. 2.08, eff.
