Government Code § 2303.204","heading":"LIAISON.","body":"A nominating body shall designate a liaison to oversee enterprise projects it has nominated under this chapter and to communicate and negotiate with:\n(1) the bank or the office;\n(2) an enterprise project; and\n(3) other entities in an enterprise zone or affected by an enterprise project, including a qualified business, within the jurisdiction of the nominating governmental entity.\nAdded by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff.
