Government Code § 2304.043","heading":"APPROVAL OF AREA PLAN.","body":"(a) A local government's area plan must be approved by resolution or order of the governing body of the local government and must be submitted to the department for review.\n(b) The department shall approve the plan if the area meets the standards established by the department and if the plan contains the required information.\nAdded by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff.
