Government Code § 2304.065","heading":"DEPARTMENT APPROVAL.","body":"The department may not approve a housing rehabilitation loan unless it finds that:\n(1) the benefit to an area designated under Section 2304.041 will exceed the financial commitment of the department; and\n(2) the approval of the loan will be of benefit to the state and its taxpayers.\nAdded by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff.
