Government Code § 2305.021","heading":"OIL OVERCHARGE ACCOUNT.","body":"(a) The oil overcharge account is an account in the general revenue fund.\n(b) The comptroller shall deposit to the credit of the account any amount received as a result of petroleum overcharge litigation relating to the overpricing of crude oil or refined petroleum products during the 1973-1981 period of mandatory federal price controls.\nAdded by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff.
