Government Code § 2306.144","heading":"FEES FOR SERVICES AND FACILITIES; PAYMENT OF DEPARTMENT OBLIGATIONS AND EXPENSES.","body":"(a) It is the duty of the board to establish and collect sufficient fees for services and facilities.\n(b) The board shall use available sources of revenue, income, and receipts to:\n(1) pay all expenses of the department's operation and maintenance;\n(2) pay the principal and interest on department bonds; and\n(3) create and maintain the reserves or funds provided by each resolution authorizing the issuance of department bonds.\nAdded by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff.
