Government Code § 2306.204","heading":"INDEPENDENT AUDIT OF HOUSING TRUST FUND.","body":"(a) An independent auditor shall annually conduct an audit of the housing trust fund to determine the amount of unencumbered fund balances that is greater than the amount required for the reserve fund.\n(b) The independent auditor shall submit the audit report to the board not later than December 31 of each year.\nAdded by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff.
