Government Code § 2306.431","heading":"APPROVAL OF BONDS.","body":"(a) Bonds issued by the department and the appropriate proceedings authorizing the bonds' issuance shall be submitted to the attorney general for examination.\n(b) The attorney general shall approve the bonds if the attorney general finds that the bonds have been authorized as provided by this chapter.\n(c) Any bonds submitted by the department to the attorney general under this section must include a certification by the board that home mortgage loans made using the proceeds of the bonds do not include a mandatory arbitration requirement.\nAdded by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff.
