Government Code § 2306.433","heading":"EXECUTION.","body":"Bonds authorized by Section 2306.352 shall be executed on the board's behalf as general obligations of the state as follows:\n(1) the presiding officer of the board shall sign the bonds;\n(2) the board shall impress its seal on the bonds;\n(3) the governor shall sign the bonds; and\n(4) the secretary of state shall attest the bonds and impress on them the state seal.\nAdded by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff.
