Government Code § 2306.583","heading":"SELF-HELP CENTERS: DESIGNATION.","body":"(a) The department shall designate a geographic area for the services provided by each self-help center.\n(b) In consultation with the colonia resident advisory committee and the appropriate self-help center, the department shall designate five colonias in each service area to receive concentrated attention from that center.\n(c) In consultation with the colonia resident advisory committee and the appropriate self-help center, the department may change the designation of colonias made under Subsection (b).\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 1016, Sec. 1, eff.
