The division director is the Manufactured Housing Board's chief executive and administrative officer.\n(b) The division director is charged with administering, enforcing, and carrying out the functions and duties conferred on the division director by this subchapter and by other law.\n(c) The division director serves at the pleasure of the Manufactured Housing Board.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1367, Sec. 1.29, eff.
