Government Code § 2306.801","heading":"DEFINITION.","body":"In this subchapter, \"federally subsidized\" means receiving financial assistance through a federal program administered by the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development or the Secretary of Agriculture under which housing assistance is provided on the basis of income, including a program under:\n(1) Section 221(d), National Housing Act (12 U.S.C. Section 1715l(d));\n(2) Section 236, National Housing Act (12 U.S.C. Section 1715z-1);\n(3) Section 202, Housing Act of 1959 (12 U.S.C. Section 1701q);\n(4) Section 101, Housing and Urban Development Act of 1965 (12 U.S.C. Section 1701s);\n(5) Section 514, 515, or 516, Housing Act of 1949 (42 U.S.C. Section 1484, 1485, or 1486); or\n(6) Section 8, United States Housing Act of 1937 (42 U.S.C. Section 1437f).\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1367, Sec. 3.05, eff.
