Government Code § 2308.203","heading":"ACTION BY STATE AGENCIES.","body":"(a) A state agency that is responsible for the administration of human resources or workforce development in this state shall implement a recommendation under this subchapter if the recommendation does not violate a federal or state law.\n(b) A state agency shall:\n(1) provide requested information to the council in a timely manner;\n(2) report on the implementation of the council's recommendations at the time and in the format requested by the council; and\n(3) notify the governor, the executive director, and the presiding officer of the council within 30 days if the agency determines that a recommendation cannot be implemented.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 76, Sec. 5.81(a), eff.
