Government Code § 2308.313","heading":"RIGHT TO KNOW.","body":"A career development center shall provide to each person, before the person participates in a vocational or technical training program, a document that informs the person of:\n(1) current employment prospects;\n(2) the current wage level for a person who completes the vocational or technical training program in which the person is considering participating; and\n(3) the most recent information available on the performance of institutions that provide that training in the local workforce development area.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 76, Sec. 5.81(a), eff.
