Government Code § 2308A.012","heading":"SELF-SUFFICIENT WAGE.","body":"The agency, coordinating board, and commission jointly shall determine for each county the wage that constitutes a self-sufficient wage for purposes of this chapter. The determination must be based on a common standard that reflects the regionally adjusted minimum employment earnings necessary to meet a family's basic needs while also maintaining self-sufficiency.\nAdded by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 933 (H.B. 3767), Sec. 2, eff.
